Love From Companies provides a convenient shipping option through UPS or USPS: Ground Shipping (Shipping in the U.S.A. Only). Please enter a valid shipping address; UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Your package is our priority! Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email confirming with your order has been placed. As soon as your item is shipped, we will send another email that will include a UPS or USPS tracking number.

Try In-Store Pickup, if you live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area we offer curbside pickup at our Love from Minnesota storefront located in Roseville, Minnesota and at Mall of America parking ramp West Side Level 1. Just select curbside pickup during the checkout process. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Please allow up to 72 hours to have your order ready.

Mall of America (Bloomington, MN) West Side Level 1:
1. Place an order online
2. Choose Mall of America Curbside Pickup on the checkout shipping page
3. Please allow 72 hours for your order to be ready, we will call when ready for pickup
4. Pick one of two time slots: Mondays 4pm-6pm or Wednesdays 11am-2pm
5. One you arrive at your curbside pickup location, please contact the store: 952-854-7319
6. Once you have contacted the store representative and provided your parking spot number and details (make, model, color) your order will be safely delivered directly to your car

Shipping questions about an order you already placed?
If you placed an order and have questions about your shipment or delivery, please email us.
- All returns and exchanges must be done within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
- All refunds are made in the form of the original payment. For example, cash payment will receive cash back. Credit card purchases should be credited back to the same credit card.
- Customers wishing to make a return without a receipt may only be offered store credit at the discretion of the manager or supervisor on duty.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All sales are final on food, jewelry, seasonal and sale merchandise.
- Web orders may be returned to any storefront location, providing the merchandise falls within the guidelines of our policy.
- If a return is to be made via shipping, customer is responsible for return shipping method and cost.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*HOLIDAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES: For all purchases made between November 1st and December 15th, returns/exchanges are allowed through January 15th. For purchases made before November 15th or after December 15th, the normal 30-day return/exchange policy applies.
